TV Review: The Mandalorian!

Or the grimy feel of the Mos Eisley Cantina, the “hive of scum and villainy” where Luke Skywalker and Ben Kenobi met Han Solo and Chewbacca? All that and more is alive and well in The Mandalorian, the first ever live action series in the Star Wars universe. As the first property in the series to be a serialized television project (not to mention being arguably the reason for a lot of Disney+ sign ups), there’s a lot riding on The Mandalorian to make a big splash, and for the most part, it does. Bounty Hunting and Double Lightsabers

starwarsThe amount of news that came out of this year’s Disney D23 convention was dizzying. From updates on Black Widow and Disney+ streaming shows, to news of new series starring everyone from She-Hulk to Moon Knight, Disney came out in a big way, and showed that they’re taking this streaming channel very seriously. The Return of the Mandalorian

the-mandalorian-700x553After a long wait, we finally have some details on John Favreau’s Star Wars show. Titled The Mandalorian, the show will focus on a “lone gunslinger type” navigating the Star Wars universe after the fall of the Empire.
