Summer Movie Wrap-Up!

RT_MoviePreview_FeaturedI’m calling it, Summer is over. Yes, it’s still minimum 75 degrees outside, but when it comes to the best part of the Summer, the movies, we’re in a stand still. From the big blockbusters to indie hits, the summer of 2018 has been one of the strongest in recent memory, but not all of them were slam dunk hits (sorry Solo). But at the end of the day, what movie stood tall among the pack of films? The answer may surprise you. Read the rest of this entry

Solo Flies Low

Han+solo+movie+review+i+enjoyed+this+movie+surprisingly+enoughit_28954a_6625636Despite making over $100 million in its opening weekend, Solo: A Star Wars story is a disappointment for Lucasfilm and Disney. But surprisingly, the end result is still a pretty good time at the movies. Read the rest of this entry

Great, Kid! Don’t Get Cocky!

solo-poster-han-1080478For better or worse, the Solo trailer has arrived, and while it doesn’t exactly soothe my worries about the film, I’ll admit that there is some pretty neat stuff in the first look at the latest “Star Wars story”. But there’s still something that feels a little off, and I think I know what that is: Han Solo. Read the rest of this entry
